how to replace electric wing mirror on Peugeot 405 GTX TD diesel estate 199?

What is the procedure for replacing the smashed electric wing mirror on driver's side on my Peugeot 405 GTX TD 5 door estate M reg 1995?
I also need to replace the yellow cover on the indicator light same side.
