when i drive my car for a short journey and turn the car off 'then i go back to turn the car on again the car will not re star i have to wait about ten mins then it starts can u help i have recently changed the radiator could this be any thing to do with thisjude

radiator wont have anything to do with it.it sounds like it flooding.when u drive a short journey from cold the automatic choke comes on.it sounds like the choke is sticking or something like that & flooding the car.
