I was told this bike stop once while running, and was given it off my girlfriends Grandad, (my FZR got stolen =[ )
I have so far had a new starter pinon, fully charged battery, and new fuel tap, the carb has been stripped and rebuilt, and we have checked everything, it does have fuel etc,
But it will not start whatsoever,
Does anyone have carb set-up instuctions? incase I have done it wrong, or is there anything else anyone can think of?

guys...i ahve a typhoon 50 cc, it was working absolutly fine, i stripped the panels off to repaint them, it was parked in my shed for months, when i got the plastics back, put it all together again, and it wouldnt star, even though i had not touched any electricals or the engine, just will not start, it has fuel (too much even), air, spark, the electric starter element in the carb is working, everything is fine, but just wont start, and im an engineer, so its a complete mystery to me, as i do this all the time. i must say, i stripped a Honda Xr80 at the same time, even stripped the carb and cleaned it, i was almost sure it was going to be a pain to start, but the honda started the first time i kicked it to my amazement, the piaggio...forget it, just one of those things i think, italian piece of ****!

did you check your cdi unit if the wire out push back in unit n change the spark plug if at any use

i hav a typhoon 50 i hav striped the carb and put it back on and now my bike is not working still. when i get is started it keeps on accelerating i has anyone got any idea y this is happening
