How can I fix my bike tension Model# 712-30141-0?

model # 712-30141-0 free spirit bike. Is there any way I can lower my tension any further than the lowest point. Even at the lowest load indicator I still find it hard to pedal

If your bike uses an electronic board to apply resistance to an alternator then no.
If your bike uses magnetic resistance, you would need to move the mag. further from the flywheel.
