depending on the model there are either 3 or 4 seals they fit with the raised ridge back to back. 2 at the front are the same large size the middle one the bigger of the smaller and finaly the smallest at the back. The 2 big ones raised ridge back to back the 2 smaller rased ridge back to back. Removing the cartridge is the difficult part. Remove the small heat control off the front (unscrew the handle or remove small hex nut concealed under a small cap) then the large flow control (circlip). Remove the two hex screws and note the approximate position of the cage. This stops the cartridge moving too far when turned off or on. You may find the cartridge difficult to pull out, refit the large control ring and you can carefully prise forward by putting a screwdriver between the control ring and the body. When refitting the rubber seals use some silicon grease to ease them on and then when pushing the cartridge back. Refit the cage (hex screws) and check the water turns off fully, if not refit the cage allowing the cartridge to turn further off. Adjust the position of the heat control untill you have a good range of temperature.
Good luck
