how can i fix a paper feed fault?

My lexmark P4350 is failing to feed paper into the printer, all the parts seem to be work, however the paper fails to feed into the rear of the printer. I have changed paper types to see if that would fix the problem but to no avail.

Are the Paper Feed Rollers turning ? If no, is the feed roller motor working ? If no, check PCB from where the feed motor picks up power.
