How can I get into my petrol cap when outer flap is stuck?

I just went to fill my vauxhall corsa up and can't get into the petrol bit as the outer bit of the refill area is stuck. The car is currently abandoned as I couldn't drive it anywhere unless I can fill it up. Any ideas? Do I just force it open?

You should be able to release it by removing the Trim inside the boot
