Had exactly same problem, took plastic covers off at bottom front of machine, dried water with cloth had a fiddle with float, it then worked fine. Have to say think problem was caused by not checking filter often enough !!This will be too late for you Andy but might help someone else !!P.S. Only knew what to do by looking at other pages on site !!
