how to position wiper blades from a vertical position back to there origonal position after being stuck to the frozen windscreen on a 2001 vauxhall corsa

Jez, release the wiper arms from the splined drive that comes through the panel, turn the wipers on then off then re-position the wiper arms to the normal parked position and re-attach them to the splined drive shaft, if the splines on the wiper arms have been destroyed by them being frozen to the screen they will need to be replaced.
