I have a Seiko watch with a multilink band. It was difficult to figure out, but it can be done. Each set of links are united by a U formed bridge. Inside where the arrows are, next to a little hole with a bump on it, you have to put a small screwdriver or pointed item so to be able to move the bump toward the outside of the link, about 1/8 of an inch, and then you will be able to see the bridgepart of the U and with a small plyer be able to pull it away from the band. Then you have to sort of unhook it or unlink it by slightly twisting the band toward you to remove the link. You repeat this until you have reached the size of the band you need or have taken away the number of links necessary, and then you hook the 2 ends together and push the U bridge back into the 2 connecting links and then you are finished. Good luck!!
