i have a renault megane, 97 reg, i am locked out of!! the key opens the car manually but the car alarms and i can't start the engine because its immobolised. i have had some advice apparently its the sensor, because its a cabriolet model, maybe water has got into the sensor?? please help im locked out of my car!!

I am starting to have problems with my renault megane rt sports, the key is starting to stick and if it goes i am worried i will not be able to get in the car (there is only one key)

I have looked at other forums and it seems as if renault charge approx £140 for the key fob to be programmed!! it may be best to find an independant key programmer and get it sorted out sooner than later!!
