Yes you can use a drill. Undo the four allan key skrews around the pull start and take all off it off including the spacers. You should see a nut dead in the middle of where you just took off the pull start. Find a drill bit to fit it and hey presto just drill. That will spin the flywheel and thus creating the spark to ignite the petrol..

yes u can start a miny moto with a drill iv done it .just take of pull start and der is like a big pin put the drill on tite and start drilln

No ..you need to buy a new pull start. A metal one which will not break only costs a tenner on ebay. The only way to start the mini moto is to spin the flywheel. You can try with a piece of wire but to be honest for the cost of a tenner it's best to buy a new one.
