baxi combi 105he?

our boiler is a year and a half and over the last three months when we put the heating on the boiler leaks water, the water is warm.

hi graeme, i got the plumber out to check the boiler, apparantly there is a black hose pipe behind the clock, there was a small plastic piece that goes over the pipe, that was causing the leaks now the job is done and all is working fine. Thank god it wasnt the heatexchanger as they are expensive, but thanks for your help

Sounds like your heat exchanger is cracked,I hope for your sake its not as they're quite expensive,I would get it checked out before the water does further damage,ie to the electrical components.Sorry for the bad news but I hope this info helps
