Front Brakes lock on when brakes are pressed, Ford Transit T260?

The front Brakes on an 04 Transit stick on when the brake pedal is pressed, I've replaced the master cylinder and the Calipars are fine, Note just the front breaks. Van doesn't seem to build break pedal pressure when pressed repeatedly. Any Clues??? Might have something to do with the vacume lines going into the Survo?

Front Flexi Hose's. Just as Stuart has said. that is a common problem on transits. I was one of those who changed a caliper to find that this was the issue all along.

Simple fix open the bracket to relieve the nip, then secure with a tie wrap.

Check the bracket holding the brake hose from the caliper, it rusts and compresses the hose alowing oil to pass under pressure but not return.
It cost me a lot in parts when I had this problem, where a pair of mole grips and a scraper would have fixed it.
