The washer is showing an error code of F002 which according to sites found on the internet is a block in the draining pump. Any instructions found say to refer to manual but there is nothing in the manual to say where this can be located on the washer. Can you help please?

Also check the filter - generally located behind a panel at the foot of the machine.Some are obvious like little square hatches and some are hidden behind the trim panel at the foot of the machine. Once panel is removed the filter should be visible. Its generally a circular plastic fitting which unscrews in an anticlockwise direction.
Some machines have no filters at all which allows all manner of junk and debris directly into the pump which is of course, bad news. Pump is inside machine, connected to other end of outlet hose. Probably would need to be disconnected and removed from machine in order to open it up and clean it out.
