Hi My ghd plate seems to have come away from the casing is there any way I can fix this

this method is a tad cumbersome but it works, buy high temp black silicone from e-bay, temp up to 300degc, separate the ceramic from brown backing plate, run a smear of silicone along brown part, join both together and leave overnight, when dried out next morning, let ghd heat up as normal and scrape away excess silicone with fine blade, be careful not to scratch plate
