I have a proform xp800 out of warranty #831.29555.0 . It will not incline or decline. I called the service center and they walked me through a re-calibration process/ now when i turn it on/ it goes up and down then the screen sets. everything works except the incline/decline buttons. If I try re-calibration if get uer 101.
If the incline goes up and down during calibration then the motor is good. You could have a keypad issue.
Call the manufacture back and give them that info.
