i have a holden jackeroo(isuzu trooper) 97 i put a new battery in fobb which works fine but doesnt activate the central locking. does it need reprograming?if so how do i do it? car security by tonkins

Hi, I had the same problem on my Trooper. I fixed it by putting the car key at the ACC position in the ignition and then pressing the open button on the fob at the same time. I had the drivers side door open at the time. This seems to reset the alarm. Hope this helps....
