tricity bendix dh 101?

can any one help i've got a DH 101 tricity bendix.
evertime i plug it in the fuse blows in the plug without the dishwasher not turn on.
can any body help.

has it got a mains suppressor attached to mains in lead,this could cause a problem if if has gone faulty
