What is Error 9 on Hoover model: HCA 394FKPW?

Hi there,

Can anyone help???? My Fridge is showing err 9 on the display everytime I use the fresh water.

i believe error 9 means that the internal water filter needs replacement, this is situated inside the plastic knurled cup shaped thing.
