what do i do?

I had central networks come and fit me a new digital electric box the other day and he had to turn the power off to the property now my systerm does not work at all. except when i remove the cover it activates. optimax xm6

Russell,
This is a common fault, all you have to do is replace the battery in the system!
Make sure the mains is switched off first,replace the battery then switch on the mains.
Enter code to silence.
If your code does not work then enter 0123

I think you should call them back as a matter of urgency - its only the tamper circuit thats working here and maybe they didn't give you the correct activation code. Maybe they could help you over the phone.
