how can i fix my ford transit brakes 2.5 diesel?

when i start off my brake goes to the floor after a while it comes up and they start to binde could it be the master cyl if so how do you get it off i have undone the two bolts but it wont move

have you checked front wheel bearings,if they have excessive play in them they could give same fault!
