remove the wheel, remove the caliper (you will need a 13mm socket and an 18mm wrench, this is for a 2003 1.2 16v clio) and the brake pads will pull right out.
to insert new ones put the new brake pads in and ready the calper again. depending on the wear of your previous brake discs(which will probably be alot if you are changing them) you will need a C(or G whatever u call them) clamp and push the caliper back in so you can slide it over the new brake discs.
apply the bolts for the caliper and return the wheel
(it is always handy to make a note of EXACTLY how you took apart your caliper to make it easier to put back together)
you will need to pump your brake pedal before driving it again to tighten up the brakes
this is how i did it. absolute pain in the arse as most of my bolts had rusted
hope this helps
