if you have checked the spark and its ok i would remove the throttle body from where it bolts on to the engine and underneath that is the reed valve this will just slide out of the caseing. hold it up to the light and looking through it from the hollow side see if you can see any light shining through the reeds, if you can it will be this, if its just a peice of dirt holding it open clean it out and make a good seal. if its worn you will need a replacement.the bike should start.
this valve creates a seal when the piston is on its downward stroke which creates crankcase preasure this pressure is lost if the valve is worn out or stuck open.
