I have a zanussi freezone fridge which does not cool, but the freezer apears to be cooling still. i have bypassed the electrical swich in the fridge and put mains onto pump. the pump gets warm as does the one pipe coming out. the fridge still does not get cold.
any ideas? many thanks for your time!!

if its frost free it might be a problem with the auto defrost components (element or timer).to prove fault turn whole thing off for 24hr and leave both doors open.now switch on and see if everything works ok.if it seems ok but after a short time the fridge goes faulty again then you have auto defrost issue.
