qualcast B43 petrol strimmer?

the fuel line from the tank to the choke has deteriated & i need a new one where would i get one ( local diy shop) & will i need a new filter that sits in the tank?

use fish tank air pipe. it's made of silicone, and i have repaired many a small engine's fuel lines with it! silicone's heat proof, petrol proof, and it worked on my B43 just fine. it's wide enough for strimmer, my old suffolk puch mini bike engine, and even moped!

hope this helps, ben

Make sure you get the correct tubing from a garden machine shop - ordinary DIY stuff won't do as its rarely petrol proof. Take the old bit of pipe with you - 3 different diameters! Normally you don't need to replace the filter.
