Hot water in one tap not flowing?

Kitchen tap only flows hot when I have a hot tap flowing in bathroom, otherwise remains cold. I have a combi boiler (Vaillant)

Combi's need a minimum amount of flow to fire up. You may just need a new tap washer in your kitchen tap.
