hotpoint ice diamond model 4562?

water in drain channel in fridge not draining away.also tempture seems to warm.

The drain tube at the back of the fridge will be blocked - try poking it free with some soft covered wire. This also restores the cooling of the fridge as the liquid helps to cool the evaporator coils.
