How can I fix my tubler dryer which has no heat oputput?

I have a Creda T522VW tuble dryer which is not giving out any heat. Not sure if it is a thermostat or heater problem as I do not have a circuit diagram. Can anyone help with the diagnosis?

Bypass the thermostats (little round things with lugs on) by just connecting the wires together. Then turn the tumbler on for a short time. If its the thermostats that are faulty the heating elements will work as normal. Thermostats should cost less that twenty quid. Do not run the tumbler for a long time without the thermostats as it could be a fire hazard
