how to fix my glow worm space saver 50?

boiler does not fire up when heating is selected on programmer?
the problem is not the 3 port motorised valve nor the programmer, can any body help?

if programmer is set on hot water you get hot water,if set for both you still get hot water,if set for heating alone you get nothing.
3 port valve is new, programmer is new,and there is no room stat only trv`s

If the boiler fires ok on hot water but not heating, then the fault has to be external, the boiler does not know what you need, it just looks for a signal
if you select hw and ch together, do you get both , only one or neither ch or hw?

If the boiler is firing up for hot water but not heating and as you say it is not the programmer or 3 port have you tested the room thermostat.
