How can i fix a leak from the radiator? toyota corolla 1998?

I appear to have a leak from my radiator. At the bottom of the radiator there is a small plastic screw from where one can drain the fluid from the radiator. I have tightened this but still cannot stop the leak. Is it possible that the plastic screw can be changed or is it in need of a new rediator?

on these screws is a small rubber o ring remove the screw fully and go to a DIY/motor factors store and pick up a new o ring.
