My hoover washing machine is leaking. I have looked underneath and the only water damage I can see is on the stone block that is attached to the drum of the machine. I've cleaned out the filter and checked the hose attachments but cant see any loose connections or signs of a leak. I would be grateful for any help or suggestions.

Check all hoses and hose connections, look at the seals around the heater and thermostat at rear of drum. Check the detergent dispenser for blockage and overflow. Check for rusty spray around where the drum shaft enters the outer drum - early indication of seal and bearing failure.
