i had same problem do what PG says then turn impeller at bottom of pump with a small scewdriver it cured my problem

Access is via the loo roll container. just twist it off, its an interference fit. good idea to empty the holding tank too.

I have the same problem! I have checked the fuse and that is OK. I suspect the pump has siezed (from not being used over winter), but I do not know how to access it.
