Smashed my Sony NV- U53 sat nat screen, any idea where to purchase a new 1?
I smashed my Sony NV-U53 and need a replacement screen. Have you any idea where I can purchase one from? Or any trusted repair centres I can send it off to?
well guys!!??, you need to go and find a touch screen calibration drivers or softwares you can download.
NOTE: This only applies to anybody whose got a non-responding Sony Navigator

i have a smashed screen, sent to sony but thet said it would cost £83 i told them dont bother and to send it back. i only paid £6 more than that.

My sony gps nv-u53 has also broken when i was in spain i do not recall hitting it against anything. I think the heat had something to do with it cracking.I have checked about getting it repaired with sony and they quoted me 170 euro . I can buy a new cheaper. So much for Sony warranty

I take it you have had no louck with the question,, I'm amazed that nobody seems to offer a repair service,, did you try Sony.
