how do i fix my zanussi electrolux zsf6066?

on closing the door my dishwasher hums, the green start light comes on but after 4 seconds the red end light flashes on and the dishwasher does nothing!

My dishwater will not work at all. I have changed the fuse in the plug but to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks

is it draining water out?.is it filling?.count the flashes on end light as this may be a fault code
