the problem is you have a blockage in the grey plastic tank
which is situated at the rear of the machine
make sure you disconnect the machine from the electricity before doing this repair
the tank has a flap which you will need to prise open you will see a small electric pump which you must lift up and out of the tank
then clean out the tank and the small hole in it which is
proberly blocked its quite small and in the bottom left hand corner a sponge is good for getting the water out easily , it would be a good idea to take out the heat exchanger and clean out any fluff from the inside of the machine with the exchanger removed you will see fluff at the back ,take a damp cloth and clean it all out .
the best way to do this job is lift the machine onto a table for best access ,it will take you about an hour to do the clean up , good luck
