Beko WMA 510w - help?

Hi, my washing machine does not want to work, seems the Wash, Spin/End and start/cancel/pause buttons are lit but is kinda frosen and does nothing. Anyone know how to reset the machine or waht the problem could be.

I have a brand new one of these machines - only done 3 loads and it's doing exact same thing. Nothing seems to be helping. It's driving me mad! Have a load of clothes stuck inside with lots of water. Grrr!

press and hold the start/pause button (3-5 seconds) until it goes into a reset sequence .when ready light comes on retry it
