how to unlock engineer code on gartec 816 intruder alarm?

Need to change intruder alarm company but found old company has locked there code into alarm panel, need to unlock engineer code without sending pcb back to manufacturer.

Steve, I'm afraid you can't unlock it with out knowing the engineer code, unless you send it back to Gardtec.
