Power loss to whole system?

Hi, Following the gales on Sunday night I have got no power to any part of my Scantronic 9448+ alarm system. I replaced fuse. No power still. Can anyone advise what might have happened? Do you think i need to change my battery - will that help? If so where do i get them from?
