How do you remove u-joint from driveline in isuzu trooper?

Do you have to use a press to remove the u-joint from the driveline in a '97 Isuzu Trooper LS or can it be removed manually?

i just tried to remove mine last night and i could not press them out. I don't know what to do either. i have a 97 trooper S.
