1994 Nissan Sentra clutch cable?

Trying to install a new clutch cable in our 1994 Nissan Sentra, after the existing one snapped. I cannot get the new clutch cable past the cruise control servo, which is mounted under the hood next to where the cable feeds back into the dash. Is there a way to disconnect the cruise control servo to allow for more room, or maybe you have a quick and easier way?
Thanks

Disregard. I took it to my boyfriend, who is a mechanic and he had it repaired in no time! Seems I removed the bracket that the cable feeds through, which is located behind the cruise control servo, unnecessarily. That was the whole problem.
Anyway, thanks for the site, it's great.
