Eureka clutch replacement?

I can't seem to get into the plastic housing to replace the idler clamp assembly. Screws or snaps?

there are torx screws on the bottom under the brush assembly, I just found that out because i need to replace my idler assembly also.
There are 3 screws total. 2 on the base and 1 on the height adjustment knob.
