Hi where or how can i send my Ultra CHI hair straightener to repair, it is not turning on? I bought it from the store ULTA. There is no customer service number on the actual product. Is there a separate CHI manufacturer for this product?

I'd like to know the same thing. I have a green one that I bought almost 2 years ago. It's been used MAYBE three times. I went to turn it on and the black switch broke off and a spring and little ball came out. Needless to say, it won't come on anymore. I looked on the website for the product, and cannot find it. It's not under warranty (of course) but I'd like to get it repaired. It cost $120 on sale! I don't want to buy another one because of the switch that should be able to be fixed. However, I cannot find anyone who fixes this model.
