when switching on the central heating button on my boiler the boiler starts to fire up then after 30 seconds the green flame light goes out and the boiler shuts down.ive had no central heating for 4 days but i can still get hot water when the boiler is on.can you suggest anything?

first thing to check is you have no hot taps slightly running or with bad drip as this will stop this boiler from allowing heating to work
if the above ok then wax cartrige in change over valve stuck not operating requires replacing
