How do I fix my BT Synergy2150 cordless digital phone?
I have a BT Synergy 2150 cordless digital telephone answer machine and the charger has stopped working (it won't charge up the batteries on the handset).It isn't the batteries as we have a charger upstairs and that charges the batteries fine. Can anyone help
my phone was working but now it aint it rings not the same .but you cant answer it .it just says on phone searching

Hi, I started this problem last July. The base unit started working again for some reason and I didn't do anything to it!.

you can only change the charger as you say the one upstairs charges the batteries so it's either a fault in the charger itself or the base unit charging circuit. Most electrical shops could probably test the charger.

Hi i have the same problem , have tried resetting the base unit and wiping the contacts and still no joy. The charging light on the base unit doesnt illuminate when the handset i put on it even thought the battery is flat. Ive even tried a new battery and nothing

we have the same problem, get a clean cloth and wipe the contacts on phone and charger
