Concept 6 system - key pad "dead"?

Good morning
Having just moved into my new address where there is a a Concept 6 system - there was a power cut last evening whilst I was out and whilst the main box shows a red "power on" light, the entrance key pad seemed to be dead (no lights - no button response) EXCEPT for a high pitch whine being emitted from same.

Question: Are Concept 6 systems still made ? Manufactured by ? Who stocks replacement Key pads ?
I suspect that the Siren battery has never been replaced and is there a re-chargeable battery in the main box that may need replacing ? and could either be the cause of the Key pad failure ?

Many thanx

sounds like the battery in your panel needs replacing. if its happened after a power cut its too much of a coincidence
