unscrew from unit and remove cooker.remove top from cooker and you will see thermostat behind temperature control knob.thermostat phile is clipped into oven cavity.release phile and feed it through oven cavity back panel.you may need to release back panel for easy access.thermostats either push fit onto front panel or have two screws to release.to access screws pull temperature control knob off and screws will be visable to you
