I read this but it doesn't answer the question for someone who doesn't know what the "choke postition" is, what you do with it after the motor fires & also what you do with other "clutch" handle during & after the firing.

add petrol to fuel tank move throttle cable to choke position to start pull starter rope when engine starts move throttle cable to run
