I was using the cleaning tool hose and a large screw entered the vaccum. I tried moving the brushes on the bottom, but no screw. I began to disassemble the vaccum but wound up putting it back together because didnt know where to begin. HELP! PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

Hi if you have a dyson you will find that if you turn the machine on its side and look underneath you will see two pieces of rubber which you can open and the screw should be in there. This is the compartment where heavy things end up.
