wait there people, i have worked on many of these corsa's and i own one myself 1996 p.reg 1.2
anyway the problem is you have to find the E.G.R valve on top of the inlet manifold. it looks like a black cylinder with a cable going into the top all you have to do is make a new gasket for it but don't make the holes for the inlet and outlet just leave them out only make the holes for the bolts and this will save you from your problem and the other effect of this is. it will make your car idle better, quieter, better performance and more fuel economic. hope i have answered your problem with the info i have given you any more problems you can email me on lofty4eva@hotmail.com
